Easy exchange and return

An item was accidentally added or mixed up in the order? During the inspection of the package, did you notice any damage to the product? We understand that misunderstandings happen. Just tell us about the problem, and we will help you resolve it quickly.

1. If, upon receiving the package, the delivered item does not match the order, the courier or the manager at the pickup point will take back the item and refund your money upon your request. At the parcel pickup points of partner postal services, as well as when receiving a package from the EU, returns are also possible, but not for individual items, only for the entire package. If the product has packaging defects and you would like to return it, please do not open other items from the package. We cannot accept partial returns of individual items from the order or returns of items with damaged packaging.

2. If the problem is discovered later, briefly describe the situation, attach a photo or video of the product you purchased from us and would like to return, by sending an email from the address used to place the order to Companycocos@gmail.com.

If the product is unopened and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, even the most well-known brands are not immune to production failures. If you find defects, you can return the defective product.

Please make sure to keep the packaging with the product’s barcode. When contacting us, we will ask you to provide the product itself or the items included in the set (without any damage during unpacking and use), all components, and the packaging with the manufacturer’s barcode, as well as the document confirming the purchase from us.

Our manager will suggest possible solutions, and in case of an exchange or return of the product, will arrange a courier visit or explain how to send the package to us.

Approximately within 14 days (but no more than 30 days) after receiving the package, we review the returned items and make a decision regarding the refund to the specified account. If you did not use a card for payment, you will need to specify the card number for the refund, the tax identification number, and the full name of the cardholder. Additionally, you will receive a message at your email address regarding the status of the refund.

The only request: do not return to us items purchased in another store, used products, or goods for which there are no valid reasons for exchange or return. In all other situations, we will try to help you easily and quickly exchange or return the product.
