Delivery contract
- We will arrange the delivery of the products you purchase to the delivery address in Ukraine that you specify during the order placement. Please note that we do not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside of Ukraine if you are ordering products from this Site.
2. The delivery times mentioned above are only approximate. We take necessary measures to deliver within the specified period, however, we do not guarantee delivery within the stated period.
3. We guarantee that if there are no extraordinary circumstances (including out-of-stock items), all product deliveries will be made within 30 days after the date we confirm the acceptance of your order and receive payment from you.
4. If our product supply is delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. Provided we do this, we are not liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of significant delay, you may contact us to terminate the sales contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
5. If there is no one at your address to receive the delivery, and the products cannot be sent to the post office you specified – we will definitely contact you to update the shipping information.
6. If, after an unsuccessful delivery, you do not change the delivery address or pick up the package from the delivery point, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any additional delivery expenses. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or rearrange delivery or collection, we may terminate the contract and refund the price you paid for the undelivered products using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.Additionally, we emphasize that in the event of force majeure circumstances (Force Majeure circumstances) or circumstances similar to such (including, but not limited to, the activation of military actions in Kyiv and/or the Kyiv region due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation and/or military aggression by formations of other entities), as well as in the event of the absence of electricity supply, water supply, heating supply, access to the Internet, mobile communication in Kyiv and/or the Kyiv region and/or at the recipient’s location, delivery times may change.
