Returns and exchanges

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, without traces of use.

Return conditions:
– Return of goods is only possible in the case of unused products, unopened and packed in the original, intact packaging.
– Cosmetic products, due to hygiene reasons, are not returnable after opening the packaging.
– The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Return procedure:
1. Contact us by e-mail at am@rhode-uvc.com to inform us of your intention to return.

2. Fill out the return form and attach it to the package.
3. Send the product back to the following address: ul.Bòr 177, Czèstochowa 42-200 RHODE Sp.zo.o

After receiving the package and positive verification of the product condition, the refund will be made within 14 days to the account number provided by the customer.
